A meditation, yoga, and self-discovery

workshop with Anna & marica

Yoga Practice

'The first secret of getting what you want is knowing what you want.'
Arthur D. Havaty

Such a simple question, yet so difficult to answer.

As children we have inspiration, imagination and a great capacity to dream. But as we grow up our dreams are often put in a little corner and forgotten as we try and live the life that we think we SHOULD live or others want us to live.

We disconnect from our truest, deepest selves and it becomes more and more difficult to feel what we really, truly want deep inside. What gives us joy. What makes us feel alive.

This is why spending time answering the question ‘What do I really want?” can be truly transformational.

In our half-day workshop we will take you on a journey to help you explore your deepest dreams and desires.

We will use meditation and yoga to silence your rational mind, open your heart, and get in touch with your body, so you can connect with the truest, most instinctive part of yourself. This is the part of you that often knows better and has a lot to say when you are willing to listen to it!

We will also use introspective and self-discovery exercises, inspired by somatic coaching, to help you get clarity on what you want to bring into your life and the changes and shifts that need to happen for you to achieve what you want.

You will explore what you need to learn and practice and what you need to let go of; what you want to DO but also who you want to BE and how you want to FEEL.

You will leave with a clearer vision of your desired future and a plan to help you make it happen. And plenty of inspiration, energy and tips to help you continue on your journey!

The workshop will provide a safe space for you to look inward. There will be opportunities to share and discuss but only if you feel comfortable to do so. It will always be your choice.

Yoga at Home

Marica and I met at work - Marica was actually my client - and we immediately hit it off. The fact that we are both Italian and yoga teachers certainly helped...

Marica is a wonderful human being, full of energy and optimism. She is a marketing professional, a mum of 3 boys, and has been teaching yoga for 6 years.

I have been teaching yoga since 2014. For more information about me check the 'About me' and 'More about me' sections on this website.
